Terms and Conditions for Distance Sales
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in the online store.

2.1. Orders can be placed through any of our online platforms 24 hours a day.
2.2. An order is considered placed once the customer confirms the purchase and receives an email confirming the order has been accepted.
2.3. All prices are listed in EUR or equivalent in local currency and include VAT.
3.1. Customers can choose from the available payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, online payment, cash on delivery).
3.2. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days, depending on product and the selected delivery method.
3.3. Delivery costs are calculated and preseneted to the customer before transaction.
4.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
4.2. The 14-day period begins on the day the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
4.3. To exercise this right, the consumer must inform the seller by email or in writing. No specific form is reuired.
4.4. A refund will be issued no later than 14 days after the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
4.5. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
5.1. Products sold through the store are covered by a legal guarantee in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771.
5.2. If a product is defective, the customer may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract if the defect is substantial.
5.3. Complaints should be submitted via email, including a description of the issue, photos (if possible), and proof of purchase.
5.4. The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days.
6.1. Customer data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) solely for the purpose of order processing.

7.1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of Poland and European Union regulations.

Do not overload baskets, drawers, or shelves — this item is not designed to hold heavy loads.

Periodically check and tighten all fasteners, joints, and connections, especially if the item is used frequently.
Keep out of reach of small children — tipping, entrapment, or suffocation risks may arise, especially with drawers, woven components, or lightweight construction.
Do not sit, stand, or climb on the furniture. This item is intended for storage and light household use only.
If any component appears damaged or unstable, discontinue use immediately.
